Cornbread Stuffed Pork Chop - A bone in, center cut pork chop packed with jalapeno cornbread and served on a sizzling platter with a smoke tomato sauce and fried nopalitos  12.5

Bowling Alley Burger- U.S. Choice 8 oz ground sirloin, grilled to perfection and dragged through the garden. Add cheese/Mushrooms/Bacon for an additional charge.  7

Cuban Burger- 8 oz of never frozen ground beef, grilled with cheese and pickles.  Pressed in a sweet honey bun, with a side of our award winning sweet and spicy barbecue sauce.  8

Chicken Monterrey- A boneless, skinless, grilled chicken breast, slightly brushed with chipotle sauce, and topped with bacon and melted cheese.  Garnished with sliced tomatoes, cilantro and green onions.  Served with rice and beans.  9.5

Chicken Chipotle- A grilled chicken breast topped with our spicy chipotle sauce, covered with melted cheddar cheese, grilled onions, sour cream, and slices of avocado.  Served with rice and beans. 9.5

Tequila Chicken- A boneless, grilled chicken breast pan cooked (without butter) topped with secret spices, gobs of cilantro, and a shot of gold tequila.  We then flambe the chicken, so the tequila flavor is left in but the alcohol is cooked off. Served with charro beans and rice.  9.5
