About Ditch
Ditch is on a mission to help people pay off debt faster. We round up everyday purchases and send that spare change automatically toward people's debt, so progress happens in the background of everyday life. We're a small, fast-moving team, and every hire shapes both the product and the company. We hold a high bar and we're passionate about making debt freedom inevitable.
The role
You'll own the Ditch app as it lives today and make specific flows measurably better, starting with onboarding, the paywall and activation. You'll report to the Head of Product and define each experiment, design it, ship it, read the result and decide what's next. The problems you work on will change as the business does, and we want someone excited by that.
What you'll do
- Own key flows in the live app on iOS and Android, taking each idea from hypothesis to a shipped, measured change
- Design small, clean experiments that isolate one variable, so we know why a result happened
- Read the data on your tests, diagnose what's working and what isn't, and ship the next iteration
- Connect our design system to the component library so design and code stay in sync
- Work side by side with engineering and product to get the details right in production
What we're looking for
- Shipped mobile work: an app you launched yourself, or real experience in consumer mobile growth
- A portfolio that shows clear reasoning and results, not only polished screens
- Comfort with data and experiments; a plus if you can prototype in code or ship
- High agency: you need clarity on the goal, not step-by-step direction
- Figma fluency; fintech or subscription experience is a plus
