The role
As a Product Manager on our product team, you'll own the product for Ditch's newer areas: the new financial products and revenue streams we're building alongside our core round-up product. You'll figure out what members need, define what we build, and work with design and engineering to ship it and measure it. You'll report to our Head of Product and work closely with the partners these products depend on.
What you'll do
- Own the product for one or more new areas, from early discovery through launch and growth
- Talk to members and dig into the data to understand what they need and where they drop off
- Write clear specs, prioritize the backlog, and keep design and engineering unblocked
- Ship features and experiments, measure the results, and decide what to iterate on
- Define the metrics for your area, including the revenue it drives, and report on them
- Work with our lending and banking partners on the integrations and requirements your products depend on
What we're looking for
- Product management experience on a consumer app, with a track record of shipping and moving metrics
- Strong analytics: you pull your own data and can read an experiment
- Comfort working with external partners and the requirements of regulated financial products
- High agency: you take an area from ambiguity to a shipped product without waiting for direction
- Clear writing and empathy for people under financial stress
- Fintech, lending, banking or marketplace experience is a plus
