We round up everyday purchases and send that spare change automatically toward people's debt, so progress happens in the background of everyday life. The role
You'll join our engineering team as a full-stack engineer focused on applied AI and internal tooling. You'll build the AI agents, analytics and internal platform that let a six-person team operate like a much larger one, and ship across the app alongside the rest of engineering. You'll report to the CEO and work closely with product, design, growth and operations.
What you'll do
- Ship full-stack across our Flutter apps and Python services on Google Cloud as part of the engineering team
- Build and extend our internal portal: ROAS and revenue tracking, support tooling, database access, experiment and feature-flag controls
- Build AI agents with each team, across product, design, growth and operations, to automate the repetitive parts of their work
- Own analytics and reporting so the team can see what's working without waiting on a query
- Help set the standards for how we build and evaluate AI systems
What we're looking for
- Real work over years of experience: a substantial project, internship or app you carried through real complexity and can walk us through in depth
- Full-stack proficiency: Python, Postgres, and Flutter or another modern mobile or frontend framework
- Applied AI experience: you've shipped LLM features or agents, or built seriously with them, and you understand how they fail
- Hunger and ownership: you want to work hard at an early startup and take pride in what you ship
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
